My name is Tracy Barton and I am now the General Manager at Leycester House. I loved my time as Deputy, having fulfilled the role since 2018 and am now very much looking forward to my new role overseeing the running of Leycester House as General Manager. I have worked in care for over 2 decades and have had experience in elderly, nursing, mental health, dementia and young people in residential care. Before coming to Leycester House I was a coordinator for a large domiciliary company in Merseyside, a challenging, but rewarding job.

I feel privileged to be part of the Leycester House team, we are all so proud of the work we do and the quality of care that we give to our very deserving residents.

Ann-Marie Baker

CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

After many years working within the financial sector, I took a leap of faith into Healthcare back in 2015. I’ve been on the most amazing journey, supporting hundreds of families find the right care home for their loved ones. Finding a care home is often at a very challenging and emotional time so providing my knowledge and support to you and your family is a responsibility I feel hugely passionate about.

I joined the Leycester House team back in January 2021 and despite the 9 months prior to this being some of the most challenging of their lives, I could sense there was a great team and family spirit within this home. We have some of the most dedicated and caring staff in the region and the reputation this home has built in Warwickshire testifies to that. I am very proud to promote Leycester House as part of my role and feel confident that when supporting you to make a decision, it will be the right one for you and your family.

Outside of work I am a very spontaneous person who also likes to have plenty planned in advance so my husband and teenage son find it very tricky to keep up with what’s coming next!? As a family we love our holidays, playing golf and spending time with our friends and relatives.
